Trying to sell a property can be stressful on buyers and sellers – especially if it’s your property that didn’t sell!  The good news is you can avoid almost all stress and ensure success if you hire a team of realtors that is committed to being good enough to have a substantial impact on these three areas of the selling process: 

 

Is your Realtor good enough to have a large inventory of listings to attract buyers: Think about it – if you are going to buy a car would you go to a car lot with only a few cars on it? Or would you go to a lot with a large selection of cars on it?  Almost always buyers are attracted to a large selection of buying options so with that in mind think about hiring a realtor that is good enough to carry a large selection of listings to attract buyers.

 

Is your Realtor good enough to put deals together and keep them together through the closing process? This is where you realtor needs to earn their commission. It’s pretty rare when a deal just “falls together” so it’s vital that your next realtor have a lot of experience building a deal and willing to fight to make sure your deal gets to a successful closing. Many times realtors simply rely on the path of least resistance harboring the thought process of – if a deal is meant to be then it will close.  If it isn’t then it won’t.  Not true – high producing realtors often have to fight to bring a deal together and then fight even harder to keep it together until you have a successful closing.   

 

Is your Realtor good enough to have the eyes and ears of the best in the Industry? This is where you get a lot of added value working with a top producing team. Let me ask you this:

Do the best lenders want to work with low producers or high?  How about best appraisers?  The best title companies, contractors and anyone else you may need to help put together and hold together your deal? 

Can you see the added value of working with the top ranked team? 

 

My Point:  If you can hire a Team of Realtors that is good enough to be ranked at the top of the list for sales you will have a greater opportunity for a successful closing.
