Here are 3 Tips that will help you sell your condo faster and for more money.

There are a lot of reasons why some condos sell quickly for a great price and others sit on the market for a long time and even expire.   After studying the condo market here on the Emerald Coast for the last 10 years I can tell you that there are three criteria that rise to the top of every sale and if you address them up front you can increase your chances of selling your condo quickly and for a great price.  Let’s take a look:


Price it right the first time – You may be tempted to try listing at a high price just to see if you can get it and think you will come down if necessary –  Don’t do it.  The market is what it is and if you price too high above the market buyers (and buyer’s agents) will simply pass you over thinking that you are not motivated to sell.  A good Realtor knows the market and where the tipping point of high but not too high is.


Hire a Realtor with a track record of success – If you were going to have surgery would you want a surgeon operating on you that doesn’t have a lot of experience – or would you want one that has a long track record of successful procedures?  Here is a secret a lot of Realtors don’t want you to know:  It costs the same to hire a bad, or unproven, Realtor as it does to hire The At The Beach Team- which is ranked #1 for condo sold in your market and in the top 10 for all sales.


Take the emotion out of the sale – This is easy to say and hard to do but people who take a businesslike approach to the process tend to sell quicker and for more money.


Of course there are many factors that go into getting your condo sold quickly and for the best price possible … hiring a proactive Realtor, making sure your Realtor is skilled at negotiation and your Realtor’s marketing plan all play a role but if you can address the three factors mentioned above you have a very good probably of selling your condo quickly and for the price possible.
